Palm Desert takes an active role in caring for its neighborhoods. The City has provided the highest quality affordable housing with the Desert Rose development. With Jim on the Council, the City took control of approximately 1000 apartment units to improve management.
Jim has also taken an active role in under- grounding residential utility lines to beautify neighborhoods and improve property values. Jim and the City are committed to providing a clean, safe community to live in.
